Jubilee Fellowship is a congregation in Southern California for anybody, but not necessarily for everybody. We welcome anyone regardless of background or beliefs to come and be a part of our Sunday worship celebrations. We have found, however that those newcomers who chose to continue with us as parishioners usually fit the following profile:
• God-seekers. You’ve tried living for Self and Satan, and come up empty. You want to be freed from the chains of the world, the flesh, and the devil, to become a fervent Christ-follower and a Christ-worshiper. Perhaps you’ve never “gone public” with your faith and want to consider being baptized.
• Truth-seekers. You want to exit our culture of dumb-down No Absolutes. You want your life to be recast by the eternal truths of God’s Word by giving yourself to life-long Bible-based Christian education.
• Task-seekers. You know in your heart that you have a high calling in Christ’s Kingdom based on your spiritual gifts, skills, experiences, and motivation, but you just aren’t currently fulfilling that destiny. We will help you discover your spiritual gifts, and then “equip you for the work of your ministry (Eph 4.12).”
• Soul-seekers. You’re not the type to keep your Christian faith to yourself, but could use some training and the support of others to share your faith with those in your circle of influence. If you continue as an active parishioner in the Jubilee congregation for 2 years, you may be eligible to become Covenant Member. Covenant membership is required for appointment as a congregational leader or ministry trainee.
